Online orders

Fast and convenient, our website not only enables you to point, click and purchase, but it also allows you to track an order, access your order history and compile a Wish List. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process, as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total.

Order Status

If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on Your Account, signing in, and selecting Order History. To check the status of any other order, call 800.953.4996 from 6am - 5pm PT, or email us at customerservice@scarves.com.

Credit Cards & Gift Certificates

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Gift Certificates, and Store Credits. Thanks to our relationship with our sister sites, we also honor Ties.com Gift Certificates.

Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships.

Sales tax

We only charge sales tax for orders shipped to the state of California. California's current sales tax rate is 8.75%.
